Bucs Players Unhappy with Defense

It would appear based on players talking to media today, the majority are unhappy with their roles and the scheme being deployed by Mike Smith. Essentially, you get the feeling that they feel they are not being placed in situations to succeed. Whether its actual playing time or the way they are being used in the scheme to take advantage of what they feel they do best.

This is going to be very interesting this week and beyond.

I would say the writing is on the wall for Smith and possibly Koetter, if he is unwilling to make coaching changes at seasons end.
