1. Dirk Koetter will be be new OC. It's understandable that a lot of guys want Trestman, but something everyone on that front is ignoring is that Marinelli is not a big Trestman fan, and given how tight Marinelli and Lovie are that is going to have a big affect. http://chicago.suntimes.com/bears-football/7/71/246565/report-marinelli-knew-trestman-hire-wouldnt-work 2. Marinelli is coming to the Bucs next year. 3. Jameis Winston will be the #1 overall pick. Plenty of other threads on this, but my argument at it's core is the Bucs want to run a more traditional offense and Winston is the guy they have tanked most the season for envisioning at the helm in the future.4. Just like Chicago used to, the Bucs are going to spend a lot more picks on Defense than anyone is expecting. The O-Line may get a player or 2, but isn't going to be overhauled as quickly as we are expecting.5. Even with Winston, the Bucs are going to start Glennon next year and try to give Winston a redshirt year. The argument that Winston should stay in school 1 more year is fair. Also, Glennon would have won at least a couple of these games down the stretch, and with an overall improved team should at the very least help us to an average record next year while Winston learns the offense and is kept out of the limelight.
