“It ain’t nowhere where it needs to be,” said White, the Bucs’ first-round draft pick in April. “I’m not hurting the team, but I’m not helping the team as much as I’d like to. I need to get to the level of play where I’m only helping the team as much as possible week in and week out.”
White had six tackles and a pass breakup in a 27-23 loss to the Titans on Sunday. It was his second game since a Sept. 12 knee injury suffered against the Panthers forced him to miss most of that game and the next three.
