Mina Kimes tweeted today:

"Despite facing an elite defense and dealing with OL injuries, the Bucs are 1st league-wide in both EPA/carry and success rate on the ground. Talked about their two-headed monster at RB w/

foxworthshow on the pod..."

Took a closer look, and wouldn't you know it, Rachaad White leads all NFL RB's in total EPA.

@jc5100 , curious to hear your thoughts and why Emmitt 2.0 is nowhere to be found on this list?

When will Tucker surpass egbuka for rushing leaders on this team?

Emeka has a 7 yard lead

Great to see White running as he is.

Big RB play of that game though might have been the catch by Irving late.  He makes 3 or 4 guys miss and drives through another one or two.  I think the guy who missed first makes the tackle eventually.  Big play.

Both guys are great.

It was 5 missed tackles.  Seth Payne politely counted them up for us the day after the game.  Man, he was ticked off, lol.

Bucky is still the better back but White played a helluva game and is a huge asset for our team.

Tucker is a nice insurance policy.

Bucs are going to need all the RBs with the injuries along the OL.

Grizz on White:, talking about the fumble recovery, I think, and a key block:

“I don’t know what kind of love he gets outside the building,” Grizzard began. “I know in the building, when we have our meetings and we show those kind of plays” to the team.

Grizzard singled out a block that White threw to help spring Mike Evans in the red zone where White had to cover a lot of ground to throw the block during the Bucs’ two-minute drill.

“He’s a really good pass blocker, and the time he puts in during our pass-protection meeting and then being able to take that to the field and take on whether it’s linebackers or fitting up on a D-lineman who might have him by 80 pounds – he’s still selfless on that,” Grizzard said.

“He played one hell of a game.”

White had a key  TD, a 6.5 YPC and a couple receptions and lots of other big team-first plays

Yeah, the contingent who shit on White on this board are just silly.  He’s a pretty complete back.  No, he’s not as good at running as Bucky is but in today’s NFL, you need two backs unless Derrick Henry is on your team.

He’s a pretty complete back.

And hes become better with the addition of Irving.  They are quite the duo.

Hoping Tucker breaks a kickoff for a TD

We wouldn’t have won that game without White! No Buc back is better at the blitz pick up/pass blocking, and while we haven’t seen a lot of this year, Rachaad is elite in the screen/pass game.

Taking nothing away from Tucker, but itnwould be hard to crack that lineup, because unless you’re covering for an injury/short term rest, why would you take either Bucky or Rachaad off the field?

Especially when we’re down our dawgs… this offense will be elite once all our guys are back on the field.

Bucs are lucky to have White, Irving and Tucker and expect to see all three have a solid game against the Jets.

O-line will be a bigger test for us this week, hopefully we can keep that run game going.
