Tampa Bay will seek its fourth straight home win in front of a capacity crowd at Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, as the team announced a complete sellout for their final home game of 2013After last Sunday's runaway victory over the Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach Greg Schiano praised the crowd for helping his team build momentum throughout the game. If Schiano liked that game day atmosphere, he's going to really enjoy Raymond James Stadium this Sunday when the Buccaneers take on the San Francisco 49ers.The Buccaneers will try to finish their 2013 home schedule on a four-game winning streak against a 9-4 49ers team…and in front of a completely packed house. On Tuesday morning, the team announced that its final home game in 2013 has completely sold out.The Buccaneers needed only to reach the 85% threshold to guarantee that the game would be televised locally, but a full 100% of the general seats have been sold. The game, which kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET, will also feature a post-game concert by national recording artists MercyMe as part of the team’s Faith and Football game theme. "We look forward to another full house at Raymond James Stadium this Sunday as our players attempt to finish out the season with a fourth consecutive home win," said Buccaneers Chief Operating Officer Brian Ford. "It should be a great atmosphere for what promises to be a great afternoon of football followed by a very entertaining post-game concert that the entire family can enjoy."As part of the Faith and Football festivities, Pro Bowl defensive tackle Gerald McCoy will be on hand following the game to deliver a personal inspirational message. Fans will then be treated to a complimentary live concert featuring the multi-platinum band MercyMe. The sold-out crowd will witness a compelling matchup as the defending NFC champs make their first visit to Raymond James Stadium since 2004. The 49ers are chasing another playoff berth but they'll face a Buccaneers team that has won four of its last five and scored an average of 30 points per outing during its three-game home winning streak. The capacity crowd should provide the Buccaneers with an edge as they seek to keep that streak alive."When you’re at home, you’ve got a little bit of an advantage," said Schiano. "I thought our crowd was excellent [against Buffalo], loud, put us in an advantageous position. I’m looking forward to our last home game. There’s an opportunity to win four straight games at home to end the season and we’re going to really try to do everything we can to do that.” http://www.buccaneers.com/news/article-smith/Bucs-Sell-Out-Home-Finale/cd2a7f41-2eee-4be0-a528-6da63617e0cb

I think this goes farther to saving Schiano's job than anything else. a 4-9 team, out of playoff contention, playing against an non-rival and selling out? for as much hatred towards Schiano/Management/Bucs on this board, there is obviously some love and excitement in the Tampa area for this team. I'm sure the Glazer's are taking note of this.

San Fran isn't all that right now. Bucs have a decent shot, especially at home.

Check the stats, early games across two time zones are very difficult to win for the road team. That being said, we're still 5 point dogs.

Bucs have a shot at this game. Illusions? Three words: Saints, Seahawks, Lions.

Hasn't every game been sold out? Since, ya know, the Glazers announced they would buy out any tickets not sold?
