Bucs should trade up to 5 to get Jack or Ramsey

Myles Jack or Jalen Ramsey!  We are making good progress with the team rebuild.  I don't want potential fill in player, I want play makers.  These are the only two players in this draft that fly around and are playmakers who could be stars.  This draft class is garbage.
