Shep had his moments so the Bucs still need to draft a WR. Shep is fine as #4/5 but when he is asked to more than that no thanks!

Re-signings: LVD, Godwin, Trask, Bredson, Shep, Gaines, Nelson, Merriweather, and Brewer
Godwin is the key to this offensive scheme and that was a no brainer. LVD returning along with Gaines and Brewer ensures the Bucs don't need to reach for either position in the draft.
New additions: Reddick, Dixon, Vildor, Heck, and Walker.
Reddick and Dixon shore up two major weakness on the team that we witnessed last year. Reddick brings a proven vet to bring pressure with speed to compliment Diaby's power and Kancey's quickness on the inside.
Dixon will help the Bucs flip field position and help out the defense a bit.
Vildor is an upgrade because he can actually play boundary CB or NCB and is a special teams ace. Heck is an upgrade because he has more starting experience and looks better in space. Walker is the only questionable one but he has experience which is enough to push for the starting job or be the backup to Dennis. LVD heir apparent is coming from the draft apparently.
So far this has been an A for Licht. Re-signing your own players is solid but what puts this over the top so far is that Dixon, Reddick and Vildor can all end up being starters on opening day. Very effective use of cap space.
Ditto on Shep, key drops stopped early drives in some games when the Bucs needed to get off to a fast start. Not a good move.
