I would love a scenario where we can trade down. In the 1st rnd if barton, jpj, latham, verse, lautu ,one ofĀ still avail at 26th. I would like to see if buffalo trades up to 26( if brian thomas still available) for pick #28 and 144 5th rnd. Is this trade realistic for bills?
Also 2nd rnd pick#57 trade back to 63 with 49ers for pick#63 and #135.Ā realistic for 49ers? both bills and 49ers haveĀ multiple late rnd picks.
I'd be in favor of both trades.Ā I think it's critical that we draft a Center and an Edge rusher in rounds 1 & 2.Ā Ā Ā
I think we need to look at CB, WR, RB, and LB in rounds 3 & 4.Ā
Picking up an extra 5th or 2 extra 5ths enables us to get a TE in the 5th round (Theo Johnson, AJ Barner, Tip Reiman, or Jared Wiley) or package both of those 5ths to grab a TE in round 4.
I think a trade down is highly possible.Ā In my mock I have them trading down to the early 2nd Round, and I have them trading back up in the 3rd Round.Ā Your Buffalo trade is realistic and I do think Licht may want to get back into the 5th Round.Ā Ā But if one of the guys you mentioned falls to the Bucs they won't get cute just to score a 5th rounder. They'll sprint to the podium! (except maybe Latu due to injury history).Ā

I agree that having extra picks allows the Bucs to fortify TE, return specialists and reserve defensive linemen.Ā
Ā
Iām usually all for a trade down stocking up on picks.
this year I think a trade up is more likely
20-24 range if an edge or OL fall that they like I could see a trade up personally.
