Mike is awesome so anything is possible but I would think that the Panthers try to take him away by playing a lot of 2 deep, right? the thing we lack on offense is that proven underneath receiver. Maybe McMillan is due for a big game.
I totally get though that the Panther might have no choice but to open Evans up because they have to commit to stopping our run game.

The other thing you have to watch for is young pulling it down and gashing us with his legs…not sure our defense has the patience and gap integrity to not let him lead the ground game with the threat of the pass. Especially if Britt is manning the middle….if our defense starts playing on roller skates it’s going to be a long day.
Hubbard has been the Panthers best weapon this year and he's out. Seriously, the Panthers are starting returner Blackshear who has 3 carries all year and no targets. If he was any good, why didn't they use him at all on offense? Not even one play until last week. Aging Adam Thielen is their best WR. Tommy Tremble is the best TE.
Canales wasn't an offensive genius with the Bucs. Don't make him look like one against the Bucs. There's just no excuse if the Bucs lose this game, and Bowles should be out of a job on Black Monday. I think they'll win handily though. I'll say 27 to 13.
They can't worry about getting Evans his 1000 yards. The Saints will be phoning it in on Week 18, and Evans doesn't need to be out there when he should be resting up for a possible playoff game. @catherder Agree on Hubbard, but Tampa held him in check the last time they played....Also definitely don't sleep on Thielan....He's always been a difficult out for Tampa, he was a questionable call away from beating us the last time they played....Also as I mentioned I think a big part of the offense goes through Young as a threat to run or pass on any given play. I don't trust Bowles defense to not give up 23 again in the first half....My heart tells me 35-29 in a hard fought win, but my head tells me 37-34 in a narrow loss.
