It's a combo of crap and the play calling is straight vanilla.
He's missed 3-4 wide open throws (with one being a layup TD).
Just like in Cleveland, he's showing he has no idea what to do pre or post snap with any kind of pressure.
Agreed that Canales needs to get more creative, but Baker doesn't look like the guy.
