The Fab Five puts forth a couple players who the Bucs would take at 7. I would love to see either player in a Bucs uniform, but I disagree that they won't trade down.
Vita Vea: The article makes the point that he would not start right away. Licht and Koetter are the hot seat and must get a starter out of that pick. Now if they trade down a few spots they would be able to pick up a 2nd round pick who can start like a CB or RB. That would make it more palatable to pick up Vea if he was still there.
Derwin James: He would start right away presumably. But how much better do they like him than Minkah Fitzpatrick or Denzel Ward. A little or a lot? If James is not head and shoulders above the rest then it could be worth it to trade down a few spots and either James or one of those other guys will likely be there. Or Vea.
