LVD is the smartest Buc defender since Derrick Brooks.

early in his career though, maybe 1st or 2nd season, he made a totally bonehead  hit on QB out of bounds that cost us a game.

Kancey made the same kind of play today. This is a guy who has people celebrating his return. People forget he’s a pretty inexperienced player. So is Diaby and Britt (and anyone backing up Britt) and our nickel back and our corners.

AND our lead RB and receivers (minus 1) and much of our O-line, especially with Wirfs

I thought that it was inadvertent.  The other player knocked the runner out of bounds into the path of Kancey who ran into him.  It was correctly called as a penalty because Kancey did hit him, but I thought it was just bad luck for Kancey.

I think Kancey might agree with you but the lesson from LVD is to not even get that close. Don’t give the refs a chance

A Washington Commanders rookie D-lineman jumped offsides vs the Steelers which sealed the game. The way in which the Steelers celebrated, it was clear the play was run only to get the penalty. Commanders coaches and teammates should have called that out and been ready for it. Inexcusable. Bad tackles on the sidelines happen all the time. Frustration, heat of the moment, bad timing.
