Licht's inability to solve multiple roster holes - especially kicker. The lack of talent on defense - playing a bad offense with multiple injuries they still give up too many plays.
Yes, there were bright spots. The team has talent at some spots. But playing a bad Browns team that HANDED the game to the Bucs and to barely win on a 59 yard field goal?
Good teams win over bad teams easily. The Bucs are, at best, a mediocre team. More likely they're a bad one.
It's time for the Bucs to clean house and start over. Because this front office, these coaches, and most of these players are never taking the Bucs to the playoffs.
