Buyer's Remorse! Wow

I just read on AP that the Bucs may not sign Justin Evans. In a rare moment of honesty Licht admitted that he and Koetter hadn't watched any of his film. Licht said that he'd heard chatter over the course of the past two days that Evans took bad angles and missed his share of tackles. "I heard this mostly on message boards," he said. He took a close look at Evans's film and apparently was flabbergasted. "Who knew?" he said.

Moments ago, it was confirmed that Licht is happy with Conte, Tandy, and Wilcox and won't sign Evans.
