Bye Week

Besides fire Smith, what can Smith do during this bye week to get the D playing better? Crazy thing is they dont need to be worlds better. Get off on 3rd down once in a while and hold some teams consistent red zone trips to FGs instead of TD isnt too much to ask for. If our Offense can still play at a high level, our D really just need to manage the games. That might mean Smith has to actually play his players in the best positions for them to succeed. Not putting these press corners in zone coverage would be a start. What else would you like to see Smith do if he can open his mind a little bit?
