Anyone else concerned that with the injuries on our WR group and Otton already starting the season with a leg issue that our TE group won’t help our situation?

Seems like with Wirfs out for a bit, our #2 and #3 WRs out. And Otton hurt already… our other TE options aren’t well rounded that come with liabilities.

Hopefully I’m wrong but I feel like there hasn’t been much positive press on Otton this camp unless I’ve missed it?

Its a concern, maybe not so much against ATL, as they’re without their edge rushers.

We do still have a running game, and it Grizz may be leaning on that a little more. I’m sure it’s not the way we wanted to start the season, but it’s the cards we have.

I like Durham and Culp.

Durham is a classic big radius catcher and Culp is a speedy TE that can find the soft spot in the zone or attack a seem.

Otton is low key sneaky good but he is also limited by the fact the Bucs have so many damn good targets to go to:

White, Irving, Evans, Tucker, Egbuka, Tez. Johnson, Shepard, etc.

It's a weak link for sure but not too worried about it. Otton is meh... Solid at times

Otton is still good to have he did produce when he was the #1 guy, his blocking got much sturdier but his value diminishes when he's the 3rd/4th option.

A true Y in the heath miller mold is better for this offensive system, which is why I think Durham is good value he has enough wiggle to catch, but sturdier in blocking

He came so far last season with his blocking, but maybe its all taking a toll.

I like Otton but he needs to stop dropping so many passes.  Especially when they arrive on time, chest high, no more than a foot in front of him.

Im a big fan of Culp, if he continues to develop hes gonna be a real weapon.

Kinda, yeah.  Though, Sterling only dropped half as many passes last season.  And at best, Sterling is our WR4, meanwhile, Otton is our TE1, so apples/oranges, as they say.
