Cam Newton as our QB1 for 2020?

I’m wondering if Cam Newton would be a smart free agent signing as our QB1 next year. He’s only 30 years old, and Carolina has moved on to Kyle Allen. Cam is better than Winston and can be signed for less money. Probably has another 5 years left in him, and our offense is better than anything he’s had with Carolina. It would allow us to use our top 5 first round pick on OL.
