On one hand the Bucs are loaded with weapons. But that tackle spot is scary and rookie QB's tend to hold the ball longer which is a bad combo. But if a rookie QB with a quicker release comes in can the offense look much different? Something to think about.
The key is to fortify the trenches and keep adding weapons on offense. A rookie QB is going to need a team around him to succeed IMVHO.
I think the defense is on the right track and also the trenches on that side of the ball could use an infusion of youth as well.
