Carolina---Player Development

Carolina has done a good job in developing players.---Some examples:Newton is far better at QB than his first year.Oher is playing better at LT than he did in his last 2 years at Balt.Turner, drafted 92nd in the 3rd in 2014, is playing better at RG than expected.Olsen at TE is playing better than he did for Chicago.Short, drafted 44th in the 2nd in 2013, is playing better at DT than expected.Ginn is playing better at WR than he did for previous teams.Norman, drafted 143rd in the 5th in 2012, is playing better at CB than expected.Drafting good players or getting good players in free agency is important, but it is also necessary to coach them into playing  even better.
