The best thing for the Bucs would’ve been Trask as a Pro Bowl QB but so far it hasn’t worked out that way.
and it would, if he’s capable.
My God.

dont you get it. he is a Pro Bowl QB. It's just the sabotage of the coaching staff and front office has prevented it.
Talking about Trask in 2024?
It's like bringing up Rand Paul in the general election.
Wtf is the point?
People that like him will never let go... Trask is just another Glennon-type QB journeyman.
People that like him will never let go..
Umm…the only ones still talking about him are not in that category.

Every thread brings him up. The ones that got it right keep rubbing it in. The ones that got it wrong can't help but fall for the troll bait.
Trask is our backup. A solid one at that... But the NFL has a plethora of average QBs... Slightly below average QBs will struggle to win backup roles.
Baker is on thin ice as it is...
Some (not all) of the most vocal Trask supporters from last season were SIMULTANEOUSLY over-the-top (read:false) Mayfield critics AND self-described (key point) members of the football smart set.
That is why it is a funny JOKE now. People who take themselves way too seriously when it comes to football also clowning themselves by basically trolling a QB who beat out their Gator QB
all in humor, nothing more
It's humor but it's a dead horse and it casts a shadow on every conversation... And I'm not trying to pretend I haven't done it... I'm just over it.
Baker played well and won. Trask was a poor pick but he's a nice backup to have now. I just wish we made a better run at the b2b is all
t's a dead horse and it casts a shadow on every conversation
you may be right.
Bu, we also might be calling up this post during the upcoming season if/when Mayfield struggles (handing the ball off in the right direction or hitting one of 5 open receivers)
I guess we will see.
:-)

yeah the offseason started so well. Jason brought back everyone but he was borderline retarded that draft. Unfortunate
may or may not have made a difference but oh well
and on your earlier post, the ones that got it wrong; not all of them have admitted it yet and that’s what BC and I are saying - just wait for the calls for Kyle starting as early as week 1

And Fire, as you know, some of those who have not admitted it yet probably never will AND will very likely be right back at it this season AND mocked Winston Noles supporters as "homers" AND, hilariously, are also the most outspoken about their own supposed "football acumen."
Biggs is the stand out "poster child," but not alone.
