If I'm Baker, Wirfs, Evans and the rest of the offense I'm feeling a little insulted right now. Some fans seem to be very concerned if not in panic mode altogether. If I'm one of the players I'm saying hold on a minute Coen didn't play one down on the field. He called some good plays and we executed them. Have somebody else draw up some plays and we'll do it again. You think we'll forget how to play football because Coen is gone?
Coen would have never had the success he had if he hadn't stumbled upon a group of great players who came together at the right time for Coen, but now they know what they can do. Coen was good, but he's not Michelangelo painting the Sistine Chapel. There are other guys out there who know how to call plays, and those other guys know it would be their priviledge to work with the players we have here.
So don't be insulting to the Bucs players. You can relax. We'll be fine.

Not worried. Offense will be fine. Running room was upgraded. O line gelled nicely. will most likely have Godwin back. Top 5 receiving room. bailout te group that is gaining experience. Qb that is a franchise cornerstone. I am ok with taking a young Gung ho guy that knows his stuff. Kinda like the last two OCs. The culture that has been built not just for the players but also the coaches and everyone involved. So happy over the last 5 years that we are not a dumpster fire franchise. I coulda been a browns fan.
The offense will be fine but the defense needs to start to transition to a zone defense to become better. Need to find players that can play in a zone defense.
