Preach!
Good thing 4-5 other QB needy teams pick before we do.
Doesn't mean we'd actually pick a QB at #7 tho'. If we could trade down and still get a QB, fine. Just don't see us picking a QB at #7 when we have far greater needs that would NOT filling by picking a QB instead.
Getting a player like Mack in the 1st and following that up with Garapolo would be amazing.
Derek Carr reach here we come.....
Please make this stop. Is there no football intelligence out there at all???!!!
Charles Davis and Brian Billick had the Bucs "can't get Mo Claiborne down there fast enough"... and there was no way they'd trade back to stockpile picks.
There's also over two months until the actual draft happens, people. We are going to hear a lot between now and then. Let's wait and see what free agency brings us first and then decide what the true smokescreens are and aren't. If one of those three QB's are there at 7 it would be hard to pass them up, especially if we take care of the DL and OL in free agency.
Every time I've ever heard Charles Davis speak, I've always had the overwhelming feeling that he's a very nice person. I'm betting it's great being Charles Davis' friend. Never listened to him and thought: "wow, that was an insightful football comment", or "man, he really nailed that call". But again, seems like a wonderful human being.
Damn right they want a QB.I wouldn't be surprised if they take one early AND get the best one in FA. (No idea who that is...)They won't go all in with Glennon for certain. No one with any business sense would in this situation. This team is/will be in the win now mode and capable of it.

Idk about "and," but preach on man. Preach on.
Yep like someone said earlier if we fix our offensive and defensive lines in fa. Not getting a top qb in this draft would be hard to pass up. There's no doubt in my mind that lovie and licht are not sold on glennon being the long term qb.

I don't get your rational. QB is THE most important position on the field. Glennon showed flashes as a rookie but is far from a sure fire franchise QB. Bringing in a top notch QB at #7 makes sense. IMO I'd prefer an elite OT dropping to the Bucs. Very rarely do you get a shot at draft an Elite OT that will play for you for the next 10 years. Having Robinson, Mathews or Lewan anchoring LT for a long time would be really nice.
If Houston takes Clowney then the likelihood of a QB dropping to #7 grows.
