Chip Kelly seriously on the Bucs radar as HC candidate

Heard a rumble via e-mail earlier today that Chip Kelly may be a serious potential HC candidate for the Bucs. Prior to hiring Schiano, Kelly had agreed to coach the Bucs and had even informed Oregon that he was leaving, but in just a few hours he had a change of heart and decided to stay with the Ducks.Not sure how valid this is, it comes to me from someone who is currently in Houston but is based out of Seattle.
