Blackshear is RB1. He has carried 3 for 13 yards all in the last game and has run five routes with no targets. 5'9"190 lbs, he's mostly done KR and PR. He shouldn't be a threat to the Bucs. If he was a threat, why hasn't he been incorporated into the offense this year?
