I've joined the fire smith bandwagon, but my analytical side sees the DB coach as target #1. Talent is an issue, but doesn't account for so many blown assignments and rampant confusion. Yes, rooks will make mistakes, but this seems like too many.
To be fair, LB coach needs some heat too for the LB confusion in coverage.
