Coaching situation and the offseason

So this is hypothetical but if the Bucs somehow win out this year or end up finishing the season .500, does dirk keep his job? I’m assuming no matter what we will be looking for a DC even with how duff has improved our defense a lot. What about Jason lichts future as well if we end up finishing the season strong. There’s a lot of questions going into the offseason I feel like. I really just hope the Bucs cut desean Jackson and vinny curry, lock up kwon and nassib. I’m sorry but Donovan smith is too inconsistent to get a new contract.
