Look at the records of these guys and hold them responsible. You need a new GM, head coach, and QB. Do something to fix it. It's always fire the coach or change the qb. So easy to the fans. It's correct sometimes but not always and it's not easy to say when the guy could be a winner if given time. Much easier to look at the win loss column and say fire him and bring in someone new. I just feel there needs to be consistency. But it's hard to say for me about Schaino. I don't know what's best for this team.
