Ima preface this by saying I don't think either will be there, but man oh man would it be awesome to get either.
Williams just annihilated Alabama in the National Title Game and made some grown ass man catches on the Bama secondary, full of 4 and 5 star blue chips. He's explosive as all hell and clearly has supernatural ball skills.
Davis was quieter against Wisconsin but still had a rather impressive day including a touchdown in the final minutes where he seemingly went through Wisconsin's entire defense on his way back to the ball.
I lean Davis because I think he's a better compliment to Evans. Watching Williams, he's fantastic at going to get the ball, but I'm not sure he's the route runner or fluid athlete that Davis is. Where as Williams seems more likely to bail you out, I think Davis will generate more separation at the next level. Think Antonio Brown vs Mike Evans (hyperbole yes, but you get the point).
Both these kids are great athletes and I think this receiving class has an outside shot at shaping up with the 2014 crew, though maybe without the depth. I'd love to get either dude.
