Could the Bucs have a deal in place to re-coup their 3rd rounder?

We currently don't have a 3rd round pick and so everyone in the media is playing this off as a media mistake, which it could be - but maybe the Bucs have a deal with someone that will go down on draft day, perhaps a trade, that will re-coup that pick and Garcia will announce it?

We already know the parrot is doing the 4th round pick and I think they have already announced the announcers for the remaining picks, so maybe Garcia is just a 'in case' announcer? If a deal is in place, is it a player or a future draft pick? Any thoughts?

BTW, Garcia is playing this off like he doesn't give a shit, but I wonder if he's just trying to hide the leak instead.
