He was most responsible for scouting the Midwest region. He started with the team as an intern in 2000 and was part of the franchise’s first and only Super Bowl appearance in 2002.Sheridan spent eight seasons with the Bucs, including four as a college scout. He was responsible for the Midwest region and parts of the Northwest, according to the team website.
