It’s about being multiple and situational.
Yep.
We’re currently around a 56% pass to 44% run split on the season.
On the road, we’ve been 50/50.
And, our last 3 games, we’ve ran it 52% vs. 42% pass.
That’s good balance. Liam is doing a great job.
what did we do the other 6% of the time?
asking for a friend
Well, I’ll be damned.
Holiday shopping?
Its arguably harder to win a game you should when everyone is talking like this
"If they do [run the table], they’ll win the NFC South [and clinch the No. 3 seed]. Like I said, nobody will want to play this team in the postseason. They can score on anybody and when the defense is healthy, that unit can be really good — a great mix of young and old on that side of the ball.
Tampa Bay showed last year it could win with Mayfield and gang in the playoffs. Now they are seasoned some, which should make them even more dangerous this time around. That’s why they have to be considered a team that can go on a run in the playoffs and seem to be getting hot at just the right time."
Couple units on Durham for an ATD at +500
Might do the same with Culp at +1000

Makes sense with Otton likely out. Culp is a stretch IMHO. My pick of the week is PIT@BAL 44.5 under.
Would be interesting to see Culp on the field… but haven’t heard about his blocking/pass pro ability - but unless were trying to integrate another rookie into being an option in the pass game this late in the season? Durham would be a better fit with Culp an emergency - but who knows?
Seems like a good bet.
Hoping you get that HRCouple units on Durham for an ATD at +500

Did both.
Culp is obviously the HR shot.
Eagles are trying this “balanced” bullshit instead of letting Saquan run for 250+. Washington looks like they’re going to win now

You and me both.
I’ll take either though.
Every game is a trap game for this team. We’re not good enough to go into a game and it being a given win. Gotta be our best.
Only way we lose is if Coen calls a game like he did vs Carolina. Run the ball down their throats and they can't win.
Hopefully, he calls a game like he did last week against the #1 scoring defense, and we hang another 40 points.
71% pass vs a team that was 29th in yards per carry allowed. You got what you asked for, asshole.
JC gets to gloat on this one imo.
Coen threw his way out of a victory. He called it.

Already said he called a bad one. But, you cried like a whiny little cuck all of last week as well, when you weren’t too busy deleting your estrogen-fueled rants.
More importantly, unlike you, Coen isn’t cosplaying as a legitimate NFL coach.
He actually, does in real life, “gets paid big bucks to make big football decisions”.
Happy Holidays, douche canoe!
It definitely was complimentary - the defense was…typically bad (d-line was pretty good most of the game), but what is more concerning: this was the second game this season the offense didn’t have an answer. The line was overwhelmed in the 4th quarter, blitz after blitz blew us apart. Baker was swarmed and nearly every escape lane was blocked.
To take an even hand, despite the total collapse after all of that, I was somewhat encouraged that we still had a chance to win that game. How Baker stayed alive and how Rachaad was able to stay with him and almost turn in an unbelievable “hero ball” moment of his own, was incredible. That really wasn’t Rachaad, that was just an unbelievable defensive play to strip the ball.
It should never have come down to that play. Our defense made Cooper-freaking-Rush look like a legit starter. All he was doing was playing within their system, high-percentage/low-risk screens/passes to wide open receiver running free in open space - 20 & 30 yards downfield. Everyone acknowledges Coen had a bad game - the poor defense just complimented that with even worse secondary play.
Offense still battled, enough to get Money McLaughlin one last chance - but an incredible defensive play just nailed the coffin shut (and I wanted to blame Rachaad on that play so I watched it repeatedly, frame-by-frame, it wasn’t his fault). Dallas D wasn’t going to let us turn them into the Chargers. They were ferocious up front.
While Jalen McMillan played tough, he has the intelligence, but as I said previously; his slight frame isn’t NFL ready. Not sure how much bulk he can really add - but he may yet prove to be an outside option.
O-line breakdown under an unrelenting 4th quarter blitz package - was a concern. Not sure we’ll see that the final two games, but it’s possible.
If we were to play a team like Philly again, not sure we would see any different result than what Dallas did to us.
Bowles certainly didn’t do his future prospects as a HC any good in that game.
This team lacks talent to be an air it out offense so we all agree on that point. So running the football for some balance would also counter a lot of the blitzes too. Counters and draws would slow down a lot of blitzes and force defenses to not be so aggressive.
Defensively I am not buying the zone off quarters coverage being employed due to injuries. The current players being trotted out there can play in m2m on the boundary at CB. If you need the inexperienced safeties to play in shell that is fine. But having your boundary CBs playing off and giving Cooper easy high percentage throws is straight up dumb.
