Culture Change- New Boss in town on OL

We needed Mankins for his leadership as much as his talent.  This should help entire OL now and in future.  Great addition if he stays healthy... and he should help groom our center's leadership (since he was the only one that seemed to have any on OL so far).Funny, but a move like this increases the potential success if we brought in incognito.  don't think we'll do it; nevertheless, we now have a guy who won't take crap, has the credentials to back it up, and could take care of issues "internally".
