Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 6.5 wins this season (Over -110, Under -110) Draft Kings -----return to sub-mediocrity, losing according to the bookies.
The bookies were off by 3.5 games last year with the Bucs, and nothing major and "unpredictable" happened such as an injury to Tom Brady. How could Vegas have been so wrong????? If they know more than the average fan, they should have seen something or known something. But they didn't. They were as puzzled as the rest of us. They had no clue why the Bucs ship was adrift. Now we are supposed to believe they have suddenly have some inside info and astute analysis about the Bucs? Apparently they don't.Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 6.5 wins this season (Over -110, Under -110) Draft Kings -----return to sub-mediocrity, losing according to the bookies.
For the millionth time those Vegas lines are made to get equal action on both sides so they can collect the vig.

I think - I don't know, to be clear, and am too lazy to look lol - but I think you're making the timing leap that Badabing always pushes here.
I believe Vegas was "high" on the Bucs when Brady announced his return, but the kept dropping from there.
again, could be wrong

Naturally, you are wrong. The Buccaneers had the second best odds to win the Super Bowl in September of 2022.
lolz @ the "timing leap" nonsense.

i mean we had a bunch of "WTF" moments all off-season...marpet retirement, Gronk retirement, Brady stepping away from training camp, Ryan Jensen injury; that we had reason to say...ok 13-4 maybe not, but 11-6 for sure and let's get hot in the playoffs circa 2020 season.
saw a stat the other day that if the games ended after the third quarter we would have had 4 wins last year. And that's just a statement that we clawed our way to 8 wins.
dont tell me that after a 2-0 start even, despite offense not being there, that you weren't thinking we were a top contender. We thought after the packers loss that, it's only a matter of time for the offense to get it together.
we weren't banking on Byron Leftwich to be so terrible and clearly being without AB, Gronk, Marpet, Jensen, and Cappa played a part on the offense struggles.
I see that White is up to his cryptic message whining on social media again.
Hope he doesn’t practice and SirVocea gets more reps.
Honestly with the way White played last year it is not going to be a drop off going with SirVocea. The problem is that Britt kind of hit a wall with his development last year. Maybe the light comes on for him as well and it was just a sophmore slump.
Pardon the dumb question, but has White taken reps yet or is he still doing the “show up but don’t practice “ thing to avoid fines?

I read this tidbit on another site this morning FWIW:
Buccaneers linebacker Devin White was on the field and flying around today during the short first training camp practice.
Use him like Micah Parsons or trade him at the deadline.
Use him like Micah Parsons or trade him at the deadline.
Then trade him.
He would get absolutely dog walked as a OLB in this scheme.
He’s not going to get traded unless for a poor trade.
he’s more likely to play pretty well (for him) because he’s playing for his contract with another team
but a lot of how he appears to play is based on the circumstances of the season. If we play with leads and with good run defense then he is doing his thing - running downhill.
if we fall behind in part because we can’t stop the run (last season) then he’s forced to play to his weakest skills
Cowboys playoff game …
Yeah uh.... no. I think you have hopped on the rookie hype train and that will come to a crashing halt on Week 1 when he's relegated to special teams like just about every other rookie.Honestly with the way White played last year it is not going to be a drop off going with SirVocea.
