Not much of an "must" win guy early in the season but............. This game could realy determine how the entire season goes if the Buccaneers get beat. Considering we'll be without Doug Martin and playing last year's Super Bowl teams back to back 1-4 with a four game losing streak would be more than possible. It would be probable.
And how many times do the Buccaneers seem to disappoint in front of large crowds at home? Another debacle like last season's opening day bomb could realy hurt future attendence, especially attendence of fans actually rooting for the home team. This cannot happen again!
Now the Buccaneers have an opportunity to erase most of the dark cloud created last Sunday, a chance to get the crowd behind them and bring back much needed optimism. They can win a home game they should win without their star running back. They can erase last season's embarrassing loss on Thursday night in St. Lovie, err, Louis. They can achieve an early season winning record at 2-1 and remain tied, at least, for the top of the NFC South.
So get it done! I'm looking forward to the game, to the home opener 2016. Let's not go home disappointed....again.
