Talk about developing talent? His Stanford teams never have had the "tremendous athletes" but they continue to excel.I have much respect for this guy and so does his players. Luck talks very highly of him.Offer him the house Glazers!
Not a chance in hell, but I wish!
Usually a coaches word in college is useless vis a vis connection to other jobs. But with Shaw I take his word when he says he loves being the Stanford HC and wont leave. It would be pretty sweet though I think theres something to be said about his QB play helping.
Not happening. But he is intriguing.
I saw something where his people passed it along that talking to him was wasting your time.
I can almost guarantee you he's at the top of the list. I can also almost guarantee you that unless we make him the richest coach in all of football (8 million+ a year), he's not coming.
Yes please, I'm also intrigued by him. Bring him in.
I live in the Redskins bubble, and radio had Snyder reaching out to him through 3rd party. Nothing definitive but the reporter said it wasn't promising. Assume based on all other info that applies to any team period.
What about Summlin?
I am not a Sumlin fan. His defenses are like butter, soft.Shaw would be a belated Christmas present. Well, let me hold on to that dream until we pick a coach I guess.
