I think the Bucs should draft Cody Mauch in the 2nd Round.
He would make so much sense for genius types.
Knew we'd draft the small school lineman. Licht loves, in this order:
LSU LBs
Small school offensive lineman
Kickers
Mauch is a good player to throw into the competition and see which players emerge as the best starting five.
I was hoping that we traded White for a 2nd round pick today. Looks like we probably couldnt get anyone to bite. Maybe 3rd round.

I'm not a big fan of the pick but it's line depth so I can live with it. Right idea at least.
i like both prospect but Licht's reaching on pick's value...
Mauch isn't a top 50 prospect, i mean a small school LT with aligator arms projected to move inside is a late 2nd rounder at best... but you're moving up (when you should trade down) losing a Day 3 pick in the process cause Licht's too predictable on Day 2 OL, every GM know he likes the Marpet, Cappa, Goedeke & Mauch's type!
Diaby's a 4th round/borderline top 100 prospect, you're reaching cause your next pick is in the middle of the 5th round.
Clark Phillips in the 5th please. Cornerback depth and can step into the slot right away. Playmaker.

Licht is pretty awful with value based drafting. He just likes his guys and doesn't see the board/field well.
This draft is pretty weak tho so... gonna be a lot of busts across the boards
Noah Sewell out of Oregon would be a great value pick here too
Bucs should go best available with the rest of their picks. They need a bit of everything.
