With the 3a pick the Bucs select DB Tykee Smith. Good pick up and good value too.
With the 3b pick the Bucs select WR Jalen McMillian. Great value and a good addition to Coen's offense which will feature a lot of 11 personnel.
Tykee smith snap distribution at Georgia: slot cb: 1356 deep safety: 52 box/edge: 557 outside cb: 61
Interesting strategy to fortify two areas that are strengths with WR and DB selections. But then again we do not know what WR and DB will look like two years from now.
im fine with both third round selections. It’s best we utilize 3 WR sets and attempt to run the ball with this roster. Otton just cant get it done out there consistently.
Smith is a natural ncb. Izen was decent for us but Tykee is an upgrade.
Godwin likely done in Tampa after this year
chance dean is too.
both based on their big contracts & lack of production.
Interesting for sure. Proves I bought into some hype - as well as thinking other positions were more critical in the 3rd (Corner/RB)?
Should be interesting - depth players from now on?
Based on what the Bucs have selected so far I am really interested to see which direction they go with their 4th round pick.
@alldaway hope it’s the Center from Wisconsin in the 4th
McMillan is a great pick... and I hate the the Huskies.
Don't know enough about the Bama edge to judge the pick
I feel good. Whenever you draft Alabama and Georgia starters you can‘t be wrong. About McMillan, not so sure, saw him playing quite a few times, nothing special.
Give them a chance!

I feel like everyone in Bucs nation is iffy on Braswell pick. I don't dislike the player but not sure if he was the best value on the board. Still, Braswell is going to be an upgrade over JTS. Braswell is very aggressive...maybe too aggressive.
