It may be entirely accurate. It would hardly shock if a rookie had trouble as the play book got larger. It speaks more to a coaching issue than a player issue since you know that rookies have issues with knowledge and decision making. Your job is to maximize what they do. You hear almost every year about how a team hits a patch with a rookie and has to "simplify" the play book.
Failed draft picks?? We had some of the best picks come out of the last 2 classes...
They speak about what the coach and GM were thinking like someone that would have a closer relationship than an average player- perhaps a captain.
"Organizational source" doesn't sound like a player...
If they were caught off guard, then i'd have to question their intelligence
Well, he WAS the Teflon Dom. Guess he ran out of people to throw under the bus.
.Yet there's still the matter of the quarterback. Mike Glennon had a good rookie season, but is he good enough to lead the team to the playoffs?"His eyes got big, deer in the headlights," the source said. "The more they tried to take the gloves off, the worse he got. When you have to push the ball down the field, some of the things that were criticisms of him [in college] started to show up."Bingo! Which is why we need to draft a QB or bring in a veteran or both.
Glad I'm not alone.

Bingo. Only a moron would believe that after 2 seasons and regression instead of improvement that they would keep their jobs.

Probably was Dominik.

Not if the Glazers told them differently behind closed doors. Gruden claimed the same thing.

One last leak to the press before he hit the road. See ya Dom.

Highly doubt that, considering this source said this:
The source called the Bucs "the worst personnel group in all of pro football.""So many failed draft picks," he said. "So many bad decisions."
I like how he mentions that Williams only had 2 touchdowns and never mentions that Williams went on IR early in the season.Dom and Schiano deserved to be fired, yes, but this whole thing is terribly written and isn't sourced. What a stupid article.
