We're getting similar reports of his dooshbaggery from Minny. Dominik was fired because the organization as a whole was getting embarrassing for the Glazers...It went beyond the W-L record. It was things like the MRSA drama. The Freeman drama. etc.. Those things are not entirely Dom's fault. But it doesn't appear as if it was handled all that well and the Glazers came out looking quite bad. Then you pile on the 0-8 start and what appears to be a complete misuse of talent that the Glazers paid a ton of money for.And that's why they went to Lovie. Bringing in Lovie will likely help the Bucs in a big way on the field...but perhaps more importantly it will help the organization off the field as well. It instantly restores credibility and respect. It's difficult to find many people in the NFL that speaks ill of Lovie.

Just a side note...if Greg Schiano had actually won...I think the fans may have put up with his garbage a little better(myself included). BUT, he came off as a huge jerk and was a loser. Not a good combo.
