How is his replacement not already on this roster? Once again we wait a year too long to cut bait on an aging player. I’m really nervous about the thought of rolling with him all season. That’s assuming he stays healthy. Hell of a nice guy, and he’s been a good player for this franchise for years. I’m assuming they thought they were getting Cody Ford this draft, but Buffalo had other plans. Best case scenario for 2020 is that Jameis earns a new contract, and we hit the trenches hard in the draft or FA. Let’s hope two drafts worth of DBs actually fixed our secondary so we can stop drafting DBs and focus on other weaknesses and depth. Go Bucs. Hopefully you prove me wrong Dot..
