I'm sure Lovie hasn't announced , "hey guys , you suck and we're firing you the day after the draft." They don't know for sure , but their only chance of keeping those jobs is impressing the new staff , not trying to sabotage.

If Hickey and Co. are in fact the ones influencing his choices, then it stands to reason that they would feed the organization, who fired their buddy (and eventually themselves), misinformation. Coaches and GM's get fired at the end of the season . College scouts get fired after the draft. This is not out of the ordinary . This is how it is generally always done.You are getting worried over nothing.
