Greg Hardy is all over the news after video of him arguing with teammates (especially the injured Dez Bryant) and slapping at a coach's clipboard emerged on Sunday night in the wake of the Cowboys' loss to the Giants.Dallas was apparently "concerned" prior to Sunday, too, with NFL.com's Ian Rapopport reporting the Cowboys "were concerned" about Hardy after the defensive end missed practice.So there are some red flags here, yes?Hardy missing practice last week and then having a few on-field meltdowns during the game against the Giants is a concern.Jason Garrett isn't going to punish Hardy for his on-field behavior. That's fine. He didn't do anything to really warrant a team suspension here.But there should be concerns about whether the Cowboys are enabling their offseason acquistion. Jerry Jones called Hardy a "leader" despite Hardy showing similarly immature behavior with reporters after the game.Hardy is a real talent on the field but right now he feels like a ticking time bomb off it.
