Today: running backs.2014 Roster: Doug Martin, Mike James, Bobby Rainey, Charles Sims, Jorvorskie Lane2015 Roster: Doug Martin, Mike James, Bobby Rainey, Charles Sims, Jorvorskie Lane, Joey Iosefa, Dominique Brown, Evan RodriguezThose two rosters look conspicuously similar, and that's mostly because the only thing the Bucs managed to do this offseason was add a fullback, an undrafted running back, and a journeyman full back/tight end. That's not exactly going to inspire a lot of change.At the same time, there is reason to believe that this group is going to be better than last year. Doug Martin was limited to 11 games due to injury, while Charles Sims only played eight games. Either playing staying healthy for a full season should give the team a big boost. In addition, we can expect Sims to be better in his second year, though I'm still skeptical about his potential as an every down running back. Doug Martin showed some signs of returning to his previous form at the end of the season as well, which might carry over.But this group is still fundamentally the same as it was a year ago, and the team didn't really alter anything about the players who will actually carry the ball this year.
