I put this in another thread and thought it worth of its own -Has our team gotten better?  Isn't that the point of FA and the draft? (once the grousing about who / what position they picked is done.)  My grades of the Bucs (not vs other teams.)(A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0, + or - is .5)Position - Before / AfterOffenseQB - B / B+ (JW experience in system)OT -B / B+ (Depth at Tackle with Caleb, Pamphile growth assumed)WR - B / B (Don't think they're done here - but Vitale could have some effect.)RB - B+ / A (if Vitale is coached up to be a lead blocker and Peyton Barber unseats James)OG/OC - B- / B+  (If Sweezy starts and the Caleb is as advertised)TE - C- / C+ (depending on Vitales role at this position)DefenseLB - B / A- (Smith and a project LB need more depth hopeful with UDFAs) DB - C- / B+ (if Smith works out as a FS...)DE - C- / B+ (I'm excited about this position with Ayers and Spence - pushing QB's into the pocket to McCoy...  finally getting him some help.)DT - C +/ C+ ( need some more depth... guess what, someone in the league is getting cut prematurely due to high draft pick taking their spot - someone the Bucs will covet.)Special Teams:PK - D- / B+ (with the rule changes, more value on the extra point and having a CHOICE of mortar or through the back of the end zone based on the returner and game situation)P - C / C+ (If Angerer maintains his leg)Gunners/Returners C / B  - (Ryan Smith, Kenny Bell returns, Vitale and Hargreaves all want to play STs)By my grades (averaged),  the Bucs have went from a (C+ [2.35] grade to a B+ [3.25]).They met needs and improved in almost all areas.  With any luck this new staff will further increase the uptick and we will be competitive in every game early this season.  It's obvious to see the plan - gone are the "WTF?" moves this team made.
