I was watching ESPN, one of my favorite networks, and caught a small glimpse of the environment that Jameis grew up in. He was dirt poor. He had nothing, they jammed guys into one room, feet by the face while sleeping. Little shack type house, gaudy colored and dilapidated. Small backyard for a field for the kids to play in. Using Pecans from their tree to make pies and sell them on the street to hustle. But I noticed the love they had for one another. They needed each other to survive. It was really sad and eye opening to watch. I hope the accusations levied against him are false, and this civil suit goes his way. It also explains some of the antics. Like the squirrel shooting. Probably not even a big deal where he comes from. It isn't here either. I consider them pests that have destroyed many of my gardens. The desire to eat well...the crab legs are probably a hookup for him that he relished, being a dirt poor college kid, coming from a dirt poor background. I am rooting for him as a person to succeed. To vanquish a lot of the dragons that reside in Buc lore, and in his past. He can become our first franchise STUD quarterback. Something we have NEVER EVER had! It would make us relevant for a decade. He would redeem himself by becoming a genuinely good person, not forgetting where he came from obviously, and doing good by his name and community. Become a role model. I couldn't imagine how tough it was growing up like that. Go slay them dragons Fameis. We are all waiting to be witnesses. Go Bucs!
