One example is the poor secondary in college than the pros. In college the DB's are watered down and the quarterbacks look better than they really are. You cannot go by the stats in college because they are misleading.If you want to get a franchise quarterback you have to your home work and get lucky.Joe Mantana, Dan Marino, Tom Brady, Warren Moon, Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, Kurt Warner, Drew Brees ect, ect............These players did not win the Heisman and most of them did not get a lot of attention before the draft.Winston does not have the mental ability to be a long term quarterback in the NFL!
