Gar shiver me timbers!It's just not that badass to me. It is more like "eh". Big font with a Nickelodean skull and flag. To each his own. It is "close" enough so I imagine in time I will stop calling it the Disney Skull. And the red is different. Not sure if I like it as opposed to the more coagulated red of the past. I like the way the front looks (Bucs logo included), and the chrome is nice. But overall? I was let down.

Yeah. Pretty much. I don't think the logo is gawd awful. Just a step back. I dislike the slick, corporate looking flag and skull. It isn't "intimidating" IMO. It is jus a kids logo. Juvenile.Just win! That is really all that I truly want. But the logo isn't knocking me out at all.

Not saying one thing or another about colors or uniforms. But the NFL harshed that color already...again, "too neutral". I highly doubt we will see those ugly grey uniforms.
IMO the Bucs fixed something that wasn't broken. I've asked myself why. It's pretty clear with Nike coming on board with the NFL that they intended to change Uniforms to increase sales for them and revenue for the teams and NFL. About the only thing I like about new logo is the Ship. The helmet is disproportionate in size and feels more USFL than NFL. The font is something that a 2nd grader could have made based on it's simplistic feel. Sorry Bucs but I won't be buying into this new money making venture.

I think it could have been done a lot better, but it isn't horrible. I'm holding out hope that the unis will be sick and really make the helmets pop.Still, the logo, new fonts, and helmet overall could have been much cooler. Maybe in 2030 we'll get some rad makeover. :D
