Loyalty and continuity. Lovie Smith's mindset revolves around those two things. He is extremely loyal to his staff and loves having player/coach continuity. He doesn't like to switch coaches year in and year out; unlike the Bucs last two Head Coaches who dropped and picked up new coaches like a fantasy football waiver wire. One little clarification is that Smith likes continuity mostly with future starters and rookies. Let me make a little list for you. (I will only look at the offence as the defence performed solidly in 2014. No coaching changes were expected or imminent)Here are the Bucs most promising players on offence in retrospect to their 2014 coaches:Charles Sims, RB ---> Tim Spencer: RetainedMike Evans, WR ---> Andrew Hayes-Stoker: RetainedAustin Seferian-Jenkins, TE ---> Jon Embree: RetainedKevin Pamphile, OT ---> George Warhop: Surprisingly RetainedYet, Mike Glennon, who was called the QB of the future will not be provided with the same privilege has Lovie Smith has given other young players. I will guarantee the following: If Lovie Smith wanted Mike Glennon or Josh McCown to start in 2015 they would have kept Arroyo. There is also no way Lovie lets Arroyo near a new QB. Not only does this pretty much guarantee a new QB in 2015 it also guarantees the departure of Mike Glennon. Ask any question you may have down below whether it revolves around this topic or another. Ill be glad to answer them as quickly as possible. Thanks, CanadianBuc
