From being our "Andy Dalton" to being the guy that we have absolute faith in whenever he takes the field, regardless of the point difference? Take your homerism/emotion and your negativity/borderline racism out of the equation. Let's take a moment and assume that the coaching will be on point this year, that the line and receivers/runningbacks all operate at an adequate level. Keep in mind I offer nothing about the improvement of the defense lol. Does Jameis take that leap from being in the top 11-16 range to a top 5 QB? My predictions are 29 TD's to 11 Int's, 2 rushinbg TD's, 4 lost fumbles, 18 sacks taken when holding the ball too long or scrambling, and 3 4th QTR comeback wins when we're down by 10-14 points. With a final W/L record of 7-9, I predict this is the year when Jameis stays in that 11-16 range but remains OUR franchise QB by virtue of youth and potential entering his later 20's/early 30's. Licht stays on to continue rebuilding the roster and then gets to go pick his next HC, which is the next big building block for his evolution as GM. Boom. What say you fine folks?
