Does the Bucs Defense Have the Same Winning Culture as the Offense?

From what I saw, my take is 100% no. It starts with Mr. Nice guy McCoy, no killer instinct, no fire. If I can see it and a lot of others, I have to assume that Mr. Licht also saw the same thing. In a nutshell, the offense (with Winston) has fire in their bellies and a winning attitude and the defense, has an ....Oh well, another loss!!!...attitude, hence, the outburst by Winston at the seasons end. Therefore, I look for a new sheriff in town to not only retool the scheme and players on the defensive side of the ball but I look for a 'Cultural Change' coming too. What say you?
